In the heart of the Touraine region, so rich in history, Maison Brédif welcomes you in the majestic site of its 10th century troglodyte cellars.
Come and live, through our different visits and exclusive tastings, an exceptional experience through which we will reveal to you step by step some of the secrets of the elaboration of our great wines.

Discovery Tasting
Discover the world of Maison Brédif with a tasting of five wines: a sparkling Vouvray, two still Vouvray, a red Chinon wine and a sweet Vouvray.
Chenin Blanc will hold no secrets for you!
We will also be happy to adapt the tasting to your tastes and desires.

After the discovery of this heritage, you will be welcomed in the Pavillon Fines Bulles, a private and warm setting for a tasting of 5 wines.
Wine and food lovers, you can accompany your tasting with a platter of charcuterie and cheeses.

Discover the wines of the Loire Valley in a unique way, through a tasting of Baron Patrick de Ladoucette’s prestigious cuvées, from Vouvray to Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé.

This magical place will take you through history, going back decades to our oldest Vouvray wines.
Your tasting will be accompanied by regional specialties.

Visit and Vertical Tasting of Vouvray in the Rotunda
We are delighted to welcome you for a guided tour of our 10th century troglodyte cellars.
In the confines of our cellars, you will have the exclusivity of a tasting in the rotunda where our most precious Vouvray wines are aged. This magical place will take you through history, going back decades to our oldest Vouvray wines.
You will have the opportunity to taste our Vouvray wines through different vintages, your tasting will be accompanied by a platter of charcuterie and cheeses.
Taste, on request, our most precious vintages dating from 1908. Let yourself be surprised by the finesse and elegance of these Vouvray Collections. And why not complete your tasting with a Vouvray over 100 years old?
